We love to drink spiked lemonade in the summer. On our favorite trip to Nashville we were able to tour the Jack Daniel’s Distillery and try a signature Jack Daniel’s Lynchburg Lemonade.
It was really good. But, I will say I am more of a champagne and wine girl, so this spiked lemonade mimosa is right up my alley.
One of the great things about spiked lemonades, especially in the summer, is they are not too heavy.
You don’t want to be sitting on the beach feeling bloated! Plus, you can adjust the alcohol content to make it as light, or as strong, as you want.
Ingredients For Spiked Lemonade Mimosa
- Lemonade Vodka Sparkling Wine
- Lemonade
- Lemon Slices
How To Make Spiked Lemonade Mimosas
Start with your favorite lemonade. We love Calypso. You can even make fresh lemonade if you like.
Fill 1/3 of the way with lemonade.
Place a lemon slice inside of the champagne glass.
Add your favorite lemonade vodka to the the champagne glass, about 1/3 of the way. We used Deep Eddy for this drink recipe.
Top with your favorite sparkling wine, champagne, or prosecco. You don’t need anything too expensive. We went with a Korbel champagne.
